Map Decoupage Keepsake Box

A wooden keepsake box covered in recycled pieces of old maps using the technique of decoupage. This is the first time I've ever done any decoupage so I'm quite pleased with how it turned out; I didn't make the box from scratch but bought an unfinished pine box and sanded it all inside and out before adding the decoupage.  I made it as part of my boyfriend's birthday present ready for our first trip abroad together next month (we are off to Romania!).
